

My Story
My story began in 2011 when I was constantly being asked to make a couple of my signature dishes for family functions, work, social gatherings and more. Everyone seemed to love how I could "throw down" in the kitchen. My style of cooking was inspired by all the women in my family, from my grandmothers down to my mom and aunties. They were the ones that always had a house full for the holidays. People of all ages hoped to get a taste of that home made goodness coming from the kitchen. Today, I am privileged to be able to bring that same sense of joy to my customers with my unique season packed dishes.
The name BLENDED SEASONS was founded in 2017 by myself, Shanika McKnight and longtime friend Larry Greene Jr. While we were pitching ideas on names, BLENDED SEASONS not only had a good sound but also summarized what we represent in just two words. The name is inspired by a saying that I live by, “Everyone can cook but not everyone can bring that dish to life with a blend of seasons”.
I believe in serving the best tasting dishes possible. It is my goal to become one of the best caterers if not the best that Buffalo, New York has to offer.


Policy & Procedures
$50.00 -$100.00 deposits must be paid at least 2 days After booking depending on package, deposits will be subtracted from total cost. DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE!!
• All location cost will be paid by clients
• Any menu changes must be submitted a week before event date. No changes can be made afterwards.
• Additional fees may apply when traveling 15 miles or more outside remote area
• Taxes will be applied to every purchase!!
• Full-service catering can be added to any package for an additional cost!
• Packages included disposable plates, forks, silverware & napkins. Any additional items will be provided upon request for additional fee!
